Entering the new year, everyone sets goals in one way or another: go in for sports, lose weight, do what they want, rise in their business. Most people who set goals give up before the end of the first month, start to overestimate them and even forget about their new goals when they get bogged down in their daily routine!
You may think that you can achieve your goals with a huge step and effort, but if you don’t, you may not be able to achieve it, which is why you often give up.
You may find it difficult to keep your new goals on the agenda in the midst of the hustle and bustle.
But if the intention has sunk into his head and he is circling there; somehow there are things you need and they will keep coming back until you try.

Will you keep counting?
How about to try?

The way to try is to get away from the expectation that you will achieve in one big step; is to focus on small and continuous steps. At first, you might be thinking, “How can I achieve ‘big results’ in small steps? So let’s count together:
When you improve by 1% every day, in a year you will become 37 times better.
His mathematical calculation is: 1.01365 = 37.78!

It can be applied in any area, depending on the goal of becoming 1% better. If your goal is to read books regularly; Instead of setting aside 1 day a week and aiming to read 50 pages on that day, you can read 5 pages of a book every day. If your goal is to move regularly; Instead of wasting weekend hours striving to walk miles, you can walk 10 minutes every day. If you want to be an expert in a subject; Instead of waiting 3 hours of inactivity 1 day a week, you can do 15 minutes of research every day. If you want to save but can’t start/complain that you don’t have enough income; You can save by spending 10 TL less every day.
By repeating the same steps every day, you begin to form a new habit, changing both your behavior and your thinking. Having achieved continuity in the subject you want, these behaviors begin to integrate into your personality and state of being. When you do this, you feel good and internalize the positive emotions that come out. This state will also support you in the next steps you take.
A project that will remind you of your goals and who you want to be during the year, and that will support you in reaching those goals and people with the small steps you take every day: The Wish Board!
