Sound journey and hands-on training to tune in to vibrations

Ancient civilizations that existed many years ago attached great importance to sound. Instruments and dancing were part of their daily lives. So much so that they used sound as a tool to receive guidance from their ancestors and communicate with higher levels of consciousness. Sound was considered the main element of creation, as thoughts were turned into expression with sound.
everything is fine
Sound basically means vibration. Everything is made of vibration. Nikola Tesla,If you want to understand the secrets of life, think about energy, frequency and vibration.he said. So, can sound actually provide us with more accurate information than images to perceive life?
The German physicist and musician Ernst Chladni, who invented the technique of cymatics, conducted a series of experiments to describe the acoustic effects of sound waves. In this study, it was observed that the grains of sand he placed on the plate formed geometric shapes that changed at different sound frequencies.
Saying that everything sounds, the scientist claims that the vibrations that we radiate with our thoughts affect matter, interacting with the energy around us. This is not surprising when you consider that 99.999% of matter is space, and the rest is electromagnetic fields. Our body cells are constantly tuning in to the sounds and vibrations in and around us. Consequently; Our thoughts, feelings, words, stress levels, the people we spend time with, and the environment we live in affect our vibrations and well-being.
So could sound play an important role in the medicine of the future?
To understand this, let’s look at sound therapy. You have probably witnessed the sound bath meetings that are becoming more and more frequent all over the world. You may even have visited and experienced one or more of them. Although this primary method of healing, preserved from ancient civilizations to the present day, is still perceived as superstition by some people around the world, it is actually based on solid scientific evidence.
What is Sound Therapy?
Sound therapy is a holistic approach that allows you to have deep meditative experiences through sound and vibration. These sessions are called sound baths, as the vibrations wash over the entire body, as if you were taking a shower. It can be used for relaxation or turned into a journey of personal discovery thanks to the sound mirroring feature. You can use sound baths to relax, increase stamina, reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, or as a tool to help change repetitive events in your life.
How it works?
In sound baths, conductors (sound bath practitioners) holding the field create a continuous sound field. When you stay in this area for a certain period of time, your body harmonizes with the frequency in that area. The beta-dominant brainwaves that keep you active throughout the day and work under stress are being replaced by alpha-dominant brainwaves that make you feel relaxed and at peace. Sounds activate the parasympathetic nervous system and help you relax when you get out of combat or flight mode. In the following minutes, you may even enter various experiences of consciousness, such as oceanic expansion, creative imagination, or dreaming, by switching to the delta and theta brain waves, where cell renewal is most intense. Sound baths allow you to immerse yourself in meditation as you lie down or sit effortlessly.
