- 2 cups couscous
- 3 cups turnip juice
- 1 glass of water
- 2 capsicum peppers
- 6-7 bulbs
- 6-7 sprigs of dill
- 6-7 sprigs of parsley
- 6-7 cucumbers
- 1 cup corn kernels
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
- 5-6 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:

- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Half a teaspoon of olive oil
- half a glass of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- Separate the inner pods from their shells by making a thin scratch in the middle and rinse them.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Take it to a plate of beans.
- Chop the onion and put it in a large pot. Add olive oil and start cooking over low heat.
- Once the onions are dead, remove them from the heat and place the bowls of artichokes in the pot on top of the onions.
- Add beans and carrots on top.
- Chop the green onion and dill. Cover the beans and artichokes with them.
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the artichokes. Cook in a covered saucepan, adding water as needed, until the artichokes are soft.
- Transfer to a serving plate, once heated, chill in the refrigerator and consume.
4. Spinach Pie Recipe
Don’t ask if it’s sweet with spinach; it happens! You can also make wonderful desserts from this healthy vegetable. Here’s what you’ll need for the spinach pie recipe:
Materials:
- 2 eggs
- half a glass of milk
- Half a cup of granulated sugar
- Half a glass of oil
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 1.5 cups sifted flour
- 20 sprigs of spinach
For cream:
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation:
- Rinse 20 sprigs of spinach thoroughly, cover with enough water and place on the stove. When the spinach is soft, drain the water and let it cool. Then puree it with a hand blender.
- To prepare the cake, beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until foamy.
- Add milk, sugar, butter, baking powder, vanilla and flour and mix.
- Add spinach puree and mix well. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. For the cream, put all the ingredients, except for butter and vanilla, in a saucepan and stir constantly, cook until thickened.
- When it thickens, take it off the heat and add the butter and vanilla. Mix well and leave to cool.
- Wait for the cake to cool down. Then cut the cake in half.
- While slicing, place a piece in a food processor and turn into flour (for the top).
- Put the cream between and on top of the cake and cover it with the cake crumbs you’ve ground into flour.
- Slice the spinach pie onto a serving plate.
5. Recipe for broccoli with bechamel sauce
Broccoli is one of the vegetables that we have with us since winter. How about making a great recipe with this healthy vegetable while you can still find fresh vegetables? Here are the ingredients for the Broccoli Bechamel Sauce Recipe:
Materials:
- 400 grams of broccoli
- 5 glasses of hot water
For the bechamel sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
For the above:
- 150 grams grated cheddar cheese
Preparation:

6. Carrot Cake Recipe

Materials:
- 6 large carrots
- 10 dates
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon walnuts
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
Preparation:
- Peel the carrots and grate with a large part of the grater.
- Remove the cores of the dates and cut them into cubes.
- Chop the walnuts into large pieces.
- Place all chopped ingredients and carrots in a bowl.
- Add oatmeal, flaxseed, cinnamon and agave syrup. Mix well.
- Divide the prepared raw cake dough into silicone molds and shape them. If you don’t have a mold, you can also put it in small bowls.
