- 750 grams of tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon warm water
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Grated cheddar cheese
- half a teaspoon of salt
For plate image:
- Round cookie cutter or medium bottle cap
- Half a pack of boiled auger pasta
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 currants
- 1 teaspoon cream cheese
- dried mint

- Peel and grate the tomatoes. Take it into a deep bowl of water.
- Turn the flour in a saucepan with olive oil; add tomatoes to it; Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
- Add water and salt to it; Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add milk last; Cook, stirring slowly, for another 5 minutes.
- Blend the soup with a hand blender. It can be served topped with grated cheddar cheese.
- Remove 2 round slices of bread from 1 slice of bread with a bottle cap.
- In the same way, separate two round pieces of cheese from the slices of cheddar cheese and place these pieces of cheese on the bread.
- Place the soup bowl on a flat plate; Put 2 ladles of tomato soup in it. Place round cheddar cheese tortillas on it to make eyes.
- Use currants to create eyeballs.
- Make a smiley face over the soup by placing a slice of cream cheese in the juicer.

Homemade blackberry chocolate without sugar

- 3 tablespoons coconut oil (liquefied)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa or carob flour
- 1.5 tablespoons of molasses
- 3-4 blackberries
- Chopped hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts or coconut
- Mix all ingredients. Continue until you get a smooth consistency with a spatula.
- Finely chop the blackberries and add them to the mixture.
- First put the crushed nuts in an ice cube tray and add them to the mixture.
- It will be ready to eat after it has been well frozen.
- You may not need a presentation as the kids will start eating as soon as the chocolates are ready. 🙂
Note. You can choose silicone to make it easier to remove the ice tray.
Delicious potato dumplings

- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon whole wheat flour or any flour of your choice
- a pinch of parsley
- Olive oil
- Cumin and some salt
- Mash potatoes after cooking.
- Add all the other ingredients to the puree and start kneading.
- After giving it the desired shape, you can cook it in a pan or in the oven.
Note: You can slightly wet your hands to make it easier to shape.
- If you like, you can shape the potato dumplings into a round shape for practical purposes, or you can space the eyes and mouth before cooking with a straw to get more attention from the kids. Potato dumplings with a smiling face are ready. 🙂
Fun ketogenic cookies

- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- After mixing all the ingredients in a deep bowl, give the desired shape with the children. You can use different shape templates or leave it entirely up to the kids. The cookies will be ready when a delicious aroma begins to rise from the oven. 🙂
Fruit skewers with yoghurt sauce
