If you allow your attention to be stolen, it will be harder for you to break out of the vicious cycle of procrastination. Need to start a business? Find a quiet workspace first. Turn off notifications on your phone. If necessary, put on noise-cancelling headphones and focus. You’ll be surprised how easy things become once you get started.
  • Reward yourself: Many of the tasks and responsibilities you put off are a huge task made up of dozens of small steps. It is also important to find the motivation that will ensure the continuity of the work that has been started, as well as break this big piece into small pieces and start working. The best and easiest way to do this is to reward yourself. Reward your small victories to keep you motivated to keep going.
