Build a respectful relationship with yourself: How to strengthen self-esteem?


Self-esteem, or in other words, self-esteem is a sense of self-worth, sufficiency, success, self-love and acceptance. This feeling can sometimes fluctuate; one day you may feel great, you won’t hesitate to try anything. The next day you cannot be sure of yourself, you are worried and afraid to start something new. 1. Don’t compare yourself to others
