3 Foot Detox Soup: Are you ready to refresh your body with warm soup?

Are there those who want to lose weight, those who want to strengthen their immunity? My favorite part of the winter months is definitely warm soups to keep you warm. When it comes to winter, the first thing that comes to mind is hot chocolate, sakhlep, but I think the most beautiful thing that expresses winter is colorful soups. Moreover, since these soups fill the stomach, they will give you a feeling of fullness and reduce food intake and calories throughout the day, which will allow you to lose weight, burn fat, and even get rid of toxins. How? All you have to do is prepare one of the recipes I share below and consume it 3 times a day for a week to make your body lighter. Let’s move on to our detox soups:
beetroot detox soup recipe
Materials:
- 250 grams of beets
- 1 medium onion
- 500 ml water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Training:
Cut thoroughly washed beetroot, onion and garlic into small cubes and then add them to the pot to which you have added water. Then put the laurel, cover it and wait for the ingredients to boil in the pan. After boiling, add salt and pepper to the pan. After making sure that the ingredients are cooked, you can turn off the stove. If you like, you can run the soup through a blender or eat the grains.
spinach detox soup
Materials:
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 handful of parsley
- 500 g spinach
- 1 bulb
- 1 glass of milk – 4 glasses of water
- 2 teaspoons salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Training:
Finely chop the washed and dried spinach. Put the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the diced onion and fry until it turns pink. Add spinach and continue frying. Add oatmeal and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Add milk, water and salt and beat. Stir frequently with a whisk until it boils. After boiling, turn off the stove. Bring the soup to a homogeneous consistency by grinding it with a blender. Don’t forget to heat up as much spinach soup as you eat!
Celery Detox Soup (celery stalk)
Materials:
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 small broccoli
- 1 small carrot
- 4 glasses of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Training:
Randomly chop the celery stalks and carrots and boil in a saucepan with 5 cups of water. Place well-cooked vegetables in a blender along with their juices.
